My Journey: Hey, I'm Namitha Mani—a learning experience designer and tech enthusiast. With a background in education, I bring first-hand insights into how learners engage with knowledge. Professional achievements include creating a web-based application that allows parents to track their children's progress, and advocating for and crafting a curriculum for an educational institution as a fresh graduate which in turn created a position for myself. I've also led teams and shaped immersive learning experiences for eight years.

Challenges at work are seen as opportunities—I proactively solve problems, taking the lead in finding innovative solutions. I pride myself on adaptability and resourcefulness, thriving in fast-paced environments by improvising when needed. Collaboration is key to me—I foster lasting connections, am always ready to offer support, share resources, and naturally assume leadership roles when needed.
